Problems with purchasing Alpha Squad package

Today i had some issues purchasing the Alpha Squad package. The first few attempts i was greeted by an error. Eventually i was able to purchase the package and received the confirmation email saying i will instantly receive 4,000 station cash and instant beta access.
When logging into my account my balance is still at 0 and i can't download the game. The information under my payment history is correct and i am logging into the same account that i made the purchase on. Went to support only to see that online chat or calling them is impossible during the weekend (go figure).
For those of you that purchased the package did you have a delay with the rewards? My concern is the name reservation is on Monday right when their customer service becomes available again. I tried doing many searches about this issue but found little to no information. Any help would be greately appreciated, thanks.
