NC Incompetence

So I've been playing the NC for the past week and I'm starting to see a glaring problem. Besides a handful of players most of the NC player base lacks co-ordination.

I think NC population has been suffering for the last few days because of it. There doesn't seem to be any active outfits, Squads seem to only exist so the leader can rack up CEP. As far as teamwork goes it usually involves someone repeatedly begging the NC to attack a base over global with half footzerging the base while the other half gets distracted/ignores everything with a tower fight.

The worst I've seen had to be last night I logged on when the NC was down to one base on Amerish and all they were doing was sitting in the base TK'ing each other and driving around the base with vehicles. Nothing over global and there was one squad with I think one or two people in it and that was it.

However there has been a few instances of coordination and good Squad teamwork I've seen, but it's been from old vets and has been few and far between. Also I've noticed no active NC outfits.

NC have been, are and always will be the worst empire in Planetside. The reason stems from their lack of spec op outfits and tactically minded players.

NC is made up of party zergfits and part Kill whore outfits. Whereas on VS there are large Zergfits (Azure Twilight, GOTR, etc.) they did have some of the premier spec op outfits (Delta Triad, Future Crew, AC, etc.)

In addition, one observation I've made on NC command chat is the lack of cohesiveness. It appears that everyone has a problem with everyone else. There's constant flaming and squabbling in c chat. It's ridiculous. Very few tactically minded players exist admist the crowd of angsty,hotheaded killwhores, it's no wonder they always fall into the same situation time and time again.

How many times have you looked at your map and saw it look something like this. Let's say it's Cyssor:

TR own the northern chunk of Cyssor, Nzame, Mukuru, Bomazi and upwards and typically Ekera, Chuku and Honsi as well.

VS own the south eastern chunk. Everything east of Tore including Bomazi.

NC own only one base. Leza.


It's as if NC only serve one sole purpose in this game. To farm kills. They don't care about owning benefits. Locking continents shows no interest to them. All they want is to perpetuate a long lasting farm where they can sit in their base and rake in easy kills, even at the cost of their own homeconts or possibly their last base. If a ToD on a VS homecont is warranting a better farm than defending their last few bases on their own homecont, most players will opt to switch over to that ToD and get kills.


In short, NC are horrible and they always will be. There is no camaraderie or friendlies between players. Everyone is out to pad their K/D and no one cares about the meta game.

NC are just people who cannot fathom the finer points of more civilized weaponary. point, click and win is the mantra all NC abide by. They suck at the MCG or Lasher and so starts their long, lame career of door camping in vannies and not much else.

I'd rather have the MCG than the JH, but that is just me.

Personally, it was always MCG<Lasher<JH For fun factor.


However, the results were always so disappointing in their application as weapons (not from personal performance).

I liked the MCG the most, but I could never do particularly well with it.

I disliked the JH, but I was well above average with it.

I liked the Lasher when it was wild and unpredictable and I was very, very good with.

funny none of you nc main. it sucks having the worst players on nc command who all hate each other since they all want eballs in their mouths. and the only good outfits do farm kills since the game has no goals anymore. so yes I would rather pad my k/d then take a base that will be taken by a bunch of **** in the morning anyway

Good thing I start my new job soon. On top of the North American Challenger Series has started so I'll be busy with that (assuming team doesn't get knocked out).

Also various VS now RoF hack openly like Zanduk and Riverdance. That whole fail lot. There was also apparently some guy in Metal Whatever pull hacking also?

Let me start off by saying I like Angel, I think he's a cool guy to talk with and enjoy playing with him for the most part. This critique is in no way meant to be hostile.

That being said, you are the worst type of planetside player. You and your buddies criticize this games' player base yet do the same thing. Shit, Saturday con was telling me how you two were on TR, fighting nc, with 70-30 pops respectively. You two then go on to blow the Gen because, "it was PG" to quote con. Wtf is that? Everyone on mumble birches and moans when a Gen gets blown on us, then you do the same thing? I cannot comprehend how that works.

Of course, this is all speculation based off of what con was telling me.

However, later that night I had to plead with you and demo to not blow the Gen with 70-30 pops. To which I was met with demo's response, "I'm so fed up with this game just blow the Gen so the fight end. " Umm... Then don't play it. "Why ruin the only fight" to quote everyone on mumble, including myself. Fair enough if you're not enjoying the game at that moment, but who are you to ruin it for others.

If you blow a Gen, in my opinion you lose the right to bitch about getting the Gen blown on you.

Again, I like you all. Hell, I get on with most people in this game. But the level of hypocrisy in the statement, "This community is sincerely awful" amazes me.
