Sim City 4 Help Line

There was just a story on our local news - apparently the Sim City 4 manual has a 900 number that you can call for help with the game. Some parent called the number EA had in the book and it ended up being a porn line

I can't seem to find an online story about it yet but I'm sure we will soon

When I purchased sim city 4 it didn't come with a manual.

My SC4 is b0rked, tried installing it a few days ago, put in the disc, asked if i wanted to install, I said yes, then it proceeded to saying that I had no disc in, maybe I should call the 900 number...
