Upcoming BFR Ajustments

Sporkfire has posted some information on more upcoming BFR ajustments.

BFR Certification will also change. There will now be three certifications related to BFR�s. The Basic BFR certification will still be available for 3 points after following the Armored Assault cert tree. However, this certification will only allow access to the BFR AV weapons for either the pilot or the gunner pod and the NTU and Armor Siphons. BFR AI Gunnery (which gives the use of both pilot and gunner AI weapons) and BFR AA Gunnery (pilot only) will each be separate certifications, costing 1 point each.

To help reduce overall BFR flexibility, we have reduced damage on the following weapons against their secondary and tertiary targets listed.

• BFR AI: Reduced AV and AA damage.
• BFR AV: Reduced AI and AA damage.
• BFR AA: Reduced AV and AI damage.

We�re continuing to watch the impact of adjustments, and consider feedback. We want to ensure that BFRs have as much "fun factor" as possible, to both pilot and fight against, and are working hard on that goal. Thanks again for your continued input and patience.

Actually, I'd like to have it up tomorrow morning for play over the weekend. Yes, certifications will be wiped to allow you to set up your load out.
