Thumbnail Prog

I'm not sure where I should post this, but I'm guessing here.

I need a program to convert multiple gif files to jpg thumbnails. I know I can just go into an editor and resize and then convert, but I'd rather have something automated so that I don't have to do that everytime I have a gif to convert.

I've got a prog to convert other image types, but it refuses to shrink and convert gifs. Any thoughts anyone??

I've used photoshop batch jobs in the past, just record the actions and play it back

Im sure there is a smaller prog out there however, just for this task.
