I was getting worried since we had this full day of E3 and no real mentioning of PS2. But it seems in the last few hours the reports are starting to poor in. I've also noticed it being spammed on random forums (often in small threads still).

Interesting to see how those gamebreaker.tv guys used footage from Alpha GDC that were reused by Morto who picked them up from gametrailers.com.

Pretty poor journalism imo, they could have taken their own footage from E3.

Edit: good to see articles popping up though ! It's just that putting up stuff rehashed to death when there is fresh stuff available is poor. PC Gamer's work is much better.

TB's stream is an awesome first-seats hands-on experience and I love it.

Maybe she's talking about the current lack of basements? It certainly wasn't all that grindy back in the day.

From the context it seems like it was referring to the closed off tube style map design of the bases.

What I find weird is that IGN has their booth right next to SOE and they still haven't even uploaded the new trailer (!), while trailers for other games are all over the place.


All I found on IGN over the past couple days mentioning PS2 was this:

One nomination in the list for best MMOs. No nomination for best PC game. No news whatsoever. They are even waiting for the FOURTH DAY with discussing PS2.
