Alright so Im gearing up to build a new comp for mostly just gaming since after playing PS2 so much i realized my current machine is lacking.

But based on what you've typed:
Looking at buying a Sabertooth motherboard but only a GTX660Ti? You've got priorities mixed up dude.
Get the ~$100 is ARRock Z77 and bump the graphics to a 670.

When answering each one do it to the fullest as that will give you the best potential on getting good feedback. Building it myself.

2. What is your budget and does that include shipping/taxes?

I am expecting a little over $1000. Around $1200 would be ideal.

4. What do you need this computer to do (like gaming, Photoshop, and so on)?

Gaming, Coding(mostly for school atm)

7. What kind of monitor/resolution do you have or want to get to use for the computer?

Currently I am using 2 Samsung LCD 23" 2333T and would like to stick with those for now.

8. Do you have already have a OS or do you need one? What OS is that?

I have Windows 7 professional, but was thinking about upgrading to Windows 8. Haven't looked into it much yet to make the decision

9. What are you looking for the motherboard to have feature wise? Like SLI, Crossfire, Firewire, USB 3.0, Sata 6.0 Gb/s, and so on.

SLI and USB 3.0 would be nice for the future

10. Any plans to overclock the CPU or GPU?

I've never really OC'd a comp, I think if I got a new machine setup I might try to do it to my old system to see if I can do it without destroying anything. Especially before doing it on my new buy.

11. What time kind of time frame are you planning on ordering these parts?

I am currently waiting on getting a large check back then I will be buying it so I am basically just getting everything in line until I get the check. Could be a week could be over a month, before I ever see the check.

I think I'd just get a bog-standard 670 and not go for the 4gb version, especially since you're not at some really high resolution. The gigabyte version with the big fans is supposed to be cool and quiet. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814125438

SLI is not a future-proofing technology. Its something you use to go balls-to-the-walls in the present.
Replacing an old single card with a new single card down the road is a happier experience than . Plus money saved today (by not getting a fancy-pants motherboard) is worth more than money saved in a year or two (buying a second old videocard).

Couldn't help but notice you were from Slidell, I'm from Lafayette. If you search my post history I just built a rig last summer that totaled $1100 with OS. Might be worth taking a look at given the price range. Seems like your using many of the same components.
