Well I only tried this once, so it might be wrong as I havent tried it again to verify it.
Anyway, go into water deep enough that tthe oxygen thing comes up. Then close planetside (use alt+f4 rather than esc+q) Restart and u should be underwater, with no oxygen meter free to roam.
NOTE: This might and propbably will NOT work, for two reasons - I tried it only once and what happened might ave apnd because of sumin else. Also, i didnt intentionally shut down planetside, it crashed.

i'd say that under normal circumstances when you started back up you'd find yourself in a sanc spawnroom
