I feel dirty...

I've created TR and VS alts to try out their weapons and empire-specific vehicles.

But whenever I log in with them, I feel like a dirty traitor. TR isn't quite so bad as I played them a little during my years in PS1, but still... I can't stay logged in for more than a few minutes before I have to log out and go back to my NC main.

It's just a beta test so I shouldn't be getting hung up on this!

i did the same, just ended up killing some tr T_T ""accidentely"" and then logging back to my nc!

Be careful. I ended up playing red so much that it wore the purple right off of me and now I am red for good!

I just tried NC for about an hour. I'd say that out of the three, the Reaver is the easiest to fly, handling wise. But man... those NC MAXs are awful! lol... The infantry weapons hit hard, but are kind of hard to aim. Still, I just got the drop on two TR and mowed them down as HA, so if I can do it anyone can! Back to TR I go (well, after bed and what not)!

Yea I been playing both sides too and I feel so dirty when I play NC... VS is ok though.

But Vanguard tank is just so OP with side armor compared to the Prowler.

All my TR and VS alts are named something with "traitor". I don't actually do much traitor-ing but I do play them less seriously.

I was going to make a TR alt, but I couldn't find my jackboots.

It's one of the truly great things about Planetside (and PS2!), that it engenders such a strong sense of faction loyalty.

I made a TR and VS alt as well to test, but somehow neither of them have ever left their respective warpgates

Only reason I ever log into those alts (all 3 chars are on diff EU servers) is to see what the map colours look like on the other servers. Quite an eye-opener there...

It floats, goes anywhere and shoots plasma and railbeams.

What do you have?

A tank. A regular old simple tank. That was so 600 years ago.
