Planetside 1 wont load on windows 7

Heya ,
After the launcher ipdates straight after i click the planetside icon it just disappears ?? I have a powerfull setup but does anyone know if windows 7 64bit would cause this ? thanks

I run the game on Win 7 64-bit just fine.

If you haven't already, try adding a Games Program Files folder alongside (not in) your Program Files folder. I always install all games in such a folder to avoid any UAC issues with Vista or Win7.

prob UAC issue. try running the executable from a command prompt. first open cmd from start>run and then navigate to the location of the planetside executable. execute. usually you will get any errors posted there to help you.

in short, try making sure you've set the executable properties to load as an admin.
