I have those, they are great but not very durable. I have had them for about a year, and the right speaker has already gone out(but I will probably get another set). I didn't take good care of them, so that probably didn't help.

The sound is great. I had some $75 Sony headphones, and the sound was MUCH better in the Plantronics set.

I've had a pair of 10 dollar headphones with a mic on 'em for about 4-5 months now, and as I treat them like dirt. However, they still work perfectly and the mic actually is of a pretty good quality. Why's it always the cheap stuff that lasts? Heh.

I've been very happy with a set of GE 'wrap-around-the-back-of-your-head" types. Large ear pads, very adjustable mic stalk, built in volume control and mic on/off switch...hell, even the cord is long enough. I highly recommend them for the $22 Target sold 'em for.
