loading problem

when i am trying to load planetside reserves, it updates everything, and then when i click play it opens Planetside, but it is just a black screen with music playing, if I 'ctrl, alt, tab" I can see the Sony emblem for a sec, but other than that there is no graphics! anyone know what the problem is?

Exact same thing is happening to me. Help would be greatly appreciated cause i really want to try this game!

Sounds like you have a Saitek Gamer's Keyboard. I had that problem and the only way to fix it is either disable the USB Human Interfaces in Device Manager or unplug the keyboard when starting up PlanetSide and plugging it back in to play, but if you alt-tab you have to repeat this process.

Or maybe it is a known bug that only plagues Saitek Gamer's Keyboards. The exact same thing was heppening to me and the keyboard caused it.
