Can't believe this hasn't been posted yet, dive in folks!

Bombing Run GP Part 1
- Reaver recoilless cannon in action
- More rocket barraging
- Noticeable LOD changes (things changing level of detail dependent on how far you are)
- 3 Kill Streak 50xp

Bombing Run GP Part 2
- Low ammo indicator, and out of ammo sound (click click)
- Small arms impact sound on a reaver
- Mysterious cloud at 15 seconds
- At 24 seconds an electrical explosion happens, EMP of some sort?
- Smoking vehicle carcasses
- I think I just saw the blast effect from a vangaurd, COOL!
- Magrider secondary AA gun in action
- Vehicle damage effects

Dawn Subterfuge GP
- There is a delay when you spawn until you can use your jumpjets
- Some tracer effects at the end

Night Siege GP
- "Player critical kill assist"
- Sniper rifle in action
- Some kind of shield effect, does it glow bright when you've depleted their shields?
- Some type of grenade is thrown with a red blinking light
- You can see the enemy's health in the kill cam

Rooftop Rumble GP
- I miss my old Gauss sound

Why didn't we get these sooner!
Someone's losing a head

In one shot a Magrider using some rapid fire top turret to shoot at the reaver, and I like how the screen/hud rumbles slightly with the impacts

Pretty sure that Sniper got a 1 shot kill, don't know if it was headshot though

There is no grief system implemented YET, one blind throw grenade killed a friendly.

The trail the Gauss rifle is leaving certainly has that electric/magnetic effect look to it, it's not a smoke trail.

I really hope that 600 rockets for reaver is only for this demo. It would give reaver spam new meaning.

Biggest thing I saw in these videos? You CAN fly through leaves this time!

Edit - The guy in the soldier part is also a pretty bad shot.

Man I wish I could be there to play it. Looks awesome.

Wish they had a few more people playing so we could get a glimpse of what a real battle was like. This was just a measly 2v2. Still awesome though.

The effects are amazing.

I wonder if the whole base wasn't actually mapped out for the demo, because out of the whole structure both sides were only fighting in that tiny area in every video.

I also noticed the 600+ rockets on the reavers, but they were also spawning ammo/vehicles with console commands so hopefully that was just for the demo. Does two whole rounds of rockets seem like a decent amount to take out a tank?

Basing that I think this was a new cont. from the ones we have seen in screen shots, I am betting that your right. Its not done and wasent mapped for the demo. That or they said "Hey, lets stick to THIS area for the demo and not show off toooo much of the area of the continent"

As for the rocket pod ammo on reavers, I am prettttyyy sure that they were using command console to get there ammo back up or to a higher count to begin with.

As for two rocket loads to kill a tank, that seems fair and on par with other modern shooters. Think about it form an immersion/real world view.... if an Apache unloads two full rocket pods on a T-90... it would be nothing but rubble. I say this, because after 4 years in the Air Force and multiple tours in Iraq I saw what Apaches could do to vehicles/building/people. Now lets skip forward a couple thousand years.... I still think two rocket pods of accurate hits works. Thats just my opinion though.

As for the quick knife, he does quick knife once but looked like an accident. It dosent look like its going to be something that kills in one hit... its more of a swipe then a stab like COD. So I am guessing its going to be more of a you just take damage from it kind of thing instead of OSOK with a knife.

Also grenade throws. They look JUST RIGHT. I know some people were concerned with how long it took to throw the nades from the GDC footage but from watching this footage as well it looks exactly how it should be, there also isnt the insta pop on hitting ground effect like in PS1. I think it will work out great guys.

EDIT: One thing I cant figure out... where is the health display on the reaver? Is it the green bar like it is on infantry? What is the orange bar? What is the reaver HUD on the right side mid screen for?

One of the first things Higby says at the event is that its Indar. The cont we have mostly been seeing.

Probably armour/shield for orange bar and green for the base health.

Also I'm pretty sure they mentioned somewhere that this in Indar.

Noticed the Reaver regenerating health in the second bombing run video. Guessing that's a utility item again and not default.

In the third one, did the NC guy get a kill with a headshot with his gauss? I thought headshots were for snipers only?

There IS a post about this I made.

Basically the way it is looking ring, is like this.

Say me and you are in a firefight.

I am shooting you, I get say 5 hits to your chest at first but recoil makes my bullets move up to your head and the final 3 hits are on your head. Now... Basically from what we have seen from GDC and that GT footage is... Those last 3 hits are not one shotting you. They are doing extra damage, and if those 3 hits are what kill you it labels it as a headshot. Your not getting one shot if they hit your head, your just taking extra damage. Make sense?

Why do I think thats how it works? Because in both footage reels, multiple shots were made on the target but headshot still popped up. Thus showing it wasent a OSOK, but a increased damage hit. Instead of taking 5 damage your taking 10 kind of thing.
