Second best actually and even that is debatable if you take population imbalances into account, something Waterson is not exactly know for with massive TB an Angry Joe TR outfits.

Miller is the only population balanced server in this game atm that has consistent battles on all three continents.

I don't know about Let the Brit Drop, but the AJA isn't actually that massive...

We have like, a squad or twos worth a people on during a good period.
At best we can fill a Platoon and a bit.

It is just a total based on characters stored in the PSU database, not accounts. Miller could just have more dead characters than Waterson.

Not really anything usable in an argument Just gives a rough idea of server population.
