Certification page needs editing

the certification page needs to have the basilisk and wraith and taken away to have the ATV cert put in. then the Cert Calculator doesnt even have the skyguard in it so that needs lots of updating. finally, the vehicle page needs to be edited to have the ATV cert in it.
