Indeed, unless they're for fighting submarines...
but then why would they have CIWS radomes?

As many of us have spoken of before, the n00b experience can be difficult. But seeing this gives me an optimistic outlook about this games early-stage growth.
With just 1 or 2 of these per continent, each empire could better coordinate everything. Make it a permanent spawn point and the zerg will rush to it for acton; likely because the Faction-Leaders will be keeping this baby near the front lines. The more tools leaders have to coordinate the Zerg, the more interesting this game gets!
This will also likely help centralize the air-war. These carriers will be big targets and air-wings will flock from far and wide to take out and defend these carriers.
Looking forward to hearing more!

Indeed, "Flagships" like this would really help solidify where the tip of the spear should be, focusing the Zerg into a precise blast of Manpower.

Eerie,
I was too...
They were to be called Forward Operations Centers, and they would come in Terrestrial (
Think the Mammoth from Halo 4) and Airborne Hovering (
I.E. this) types.
Certainly would ruin your day to see an A.H.F.O.C. or T.F.O.C. pull up to your base.

As much as I love the Imperial March, our Outfit kind of already has something for when the Gals dust off this baby:
Have to maintain the theme and all...
