Let's say I'm european and I wanna play on a american server because I want to join an outfit there.
What will the ping be?

It'll probably be kinda slow. I hope you have BB if you want to play with people across the ocean. It will also depend if you want to play on the East, Central, or Western server. If you have a good connection, you could do it without too much lag, I think.

Well,i meant if you have broadband what will ping times be in numbers?

depending on your location and what US server you want to play on. 100 to 250.
