ya i checked it out last night it's active. just gotta download it the launcher is all redone from what i remember back in the day. it works on win8. just make sure you give it admin rights to run on the pc.

My first 27 minutes of return were quite interesting.

I got in, made a few sniper kills, got flailed, than respawned, made some more sniper kills, got bombed, than got rezzed, made 1 more sniper kill, engaged in a duel and got flailed again. Aaaaah... Sweet return.

I'm surprised it isn't a blanket routine activating accounts. Should be a single command, no?

It may just be a simple script. But if you got loads of accounts, even a script needs time. :>

I got an IM 2:05 AM ET that a friend got in, I can't imagine there would be so many records to last 7 hours of run time.

SQL UPDATE is pretty slow when you have to update thousands (or millions) of records. Oracle, MySQL, InnoDB, MyIsam, it doesn't matter... it's gonna be slow.

Depends on how loaded their systems are. It seems that SOE has everything connected into one account. It must be pretty bloated.
