Question about the Decimator

I think I'm finally getting the hang off the Decimator. Really great for taking out NC and TR MAX units. I was wondering if it always only takes one decimator rocket to lay a MAX down. The few times I've used it against MAXs it only took one direct hit, but I don't know if this was because they were damaged already in each case or is it just that powerful.

The slow flight time takes some getting used to. Not a problem when you're only 10 feet away from the target though.

They were damaged, it takes 2 shots if the MAX has full health.
