On my site I wanna put some music on and I kinda need to know the MP3 laws. If I bought the CD and then put it on my site, is that alright?

What is allowed then? I think stuff you download from Kazaa is illegal. So how the hell do you use them!? Apart from making your own band..

First of all, the chances of you getting caught is slim to none.

Second, as long as you're not profiting from using the song, there isn't a problem.

a vague set of guidlines for those generally lacking common sense and/or self control and/or who have seriously impaired judgement either through poor parentage or other act of nature such as head injury, excessive drinking or excessive use of other intoxicants.
