Police say three armed suspects walked into the Mr. Insurance building in Phoenix and demanded money. A fourth suspect was in the getaway car, according to the report.

Investigators said after the suspects left with the store's money, the co-owner jumped into his Hummer and chased after the suspects.

Police said that the man, identified only as Peter, followed the suspects through a neighborhood and eventually caught up with them. He then rolled his Hummer over their car.

Two of the suspects were taken to the hospital in critical condition.

The two other suspects managed to get away but police later caught them as well.

It is not known if Peter will face charges.

Hah hah Ilike it!

He should not be charged. They were armed and probably had the intent to rob another buisness later anyway. That was a public service if nothing else.

Misc Info

If 1 or more of the robbers die, then maybe a night or 2 in jail. If they both survive, then absolutally not.

He will probably be arrested, there was this time once where this thief was about to rob a house, but he fell through the kitchen roof, he fell on top of a knife which went right through his leg, he then sued the house owner for personal damage or whatever and won, even though he was gonna thieve her house...

The law system = fucked up

The people have spoken! If you rob someone, you surrender your right not to be crushed by their massive car.

In South Africa it is allowed for you to outfit your vehicle with something called "The Blaster" it costs US$655 and basically it shoots 6 foot high flames from two nossles below the car and over the door, so fi a thief is tryign to break into at a red light he is gonan get burnt.

This guy didn't get his car stolen but it says anti theft...and I remembered this lol

I just wish there was a bigger picture of the hummer on top of that car. It would make a great "Owned."

he will undoubtedly be charged with something.

the criminals left without harm to anyone (at least none noted in the article) and were headed away from his location. No further harm would have been done to him or his business.

His persuit and assault were in legal terms, unjustified and premeditated (ie: he had time to think about it and decide otherwise). He had time to call the police, he had time to tell them where the criminals were, and they (the bad guys) where not threatening him in any way (none noted in the article) at the time of the vehicular assault. The criminals had left, he and his business/co-workers were in no danger, violence was unnecessary in the eyes of the law.

NOT that I agree...but you know this is hardly the last he'll hear of it.

sad but true
