Best newb moments by squadmates or yourself

So me and the outfit ar playing tonight. We decide to take cyssor. First few bases maybe 2 or 3 smurfs compared to our 40+ members that were online at the time. Finally the smurfs show up at Gunuku. We're like yeah major xp now. we fought and fought and finally lay the hack down and get the base secure. Meanwhile the ntu is draining so no problem send someone to get an ant. The lead officer online of the outfit asked if we got one coming. I'm like yeah my squad has a member getting one. Finally 1 minute left to hack. ant shows up. I'm down guarding cc cause the smurfs took the 2 towers. I here my 2 squad members that had escorted ant over the bridge start going OMG YOU DUMMY!!! YOU KNOW BETTER!!! So I ask what's going on. They inform me that this ant that we assured the lead was on the way was empty. I'm just trying to keep my eye out for any cloakers while luaghing my ass off. We inform the rest of outfit the situation. The ant driver apologizes and admits to being retarded and such. Think a few tks were done on the ant driver as well.

So any way becuase of this we lose the hack and the 5k xp. We had another squad with a backup ant enroute who arrived a few minutes after we had to rehack. And ended up only getting 1500 xp. Now this ant driver was "sorry guys i wasn't thinking. I thought get an ant no problem and forgot you had to charge them" and such. This person has played in my squads before and I even love having this person in my squad. I know they will do the job assigend with no problem or fusing. Except this one time they brainfartted.

So what's some newb moments you have done our witnessed?

Hmm, I once tried to repair a friendly cloaker's armor during my first day. Must have tried for half a minute until I got a tell from him. :o

For about the first week of my participation in exclusive beta I ran around with my weapon out all the time, even in sanc, because I had no idea whatsoever that you ran faster otherwise.

My first day playing I spent in a squad in Amerish. At one point we had gotten pretty scattered around an area of three bases or so. As I came up on one of our bases we were acticely defending, I noticed a NC sniper outside. ... Or at least I thought it was NC. See I hadn't yet totally understood that squad members had gold names. Confusing the gold name as a sign of an NC, I boomered him and ran away triumphantly.

He wasn't happy.

I was once defending the hacked cc with a boomer all by my lonesome and was getting sort of paranoid that any minute someone was going to burst through the door firing. Suddenly the door opens and a MAX and reinforced ran inside. I let the boomer go and only afterwards did I realize they were freindlies. They both died in the explosion and prompyly sent me tells informing I should #$!% check the minimap the next time. I profusely apologized and I've watched the minimap like a hawk ever since.

I was defending a base in my dual cycler MAX, clamped to the ground. The xp just kept adding up. Then I noticed a slow moving shadow above me. Acording to my radar it was a friendly. Ok, probably a hovering reaver. The next thing I know a Galaxy lands on me, killing me, and a full squad comes pouring out. My revenge was satisfied when half of them were killed by a vangaurd. I /telled the pilot, "You f***ing NOOB!"

My best newb moment? I had to go to the bathroom, so I put my galaxy full of squad members on auto pilot, tried to make sure the gal was level and left. When I got back, I found myself dead on the side of a mountain and kicked out of my squad. After some explaining, they forgave me, but still wouldn't reinvite.
