Outfit Points

this is all i know so far:

1% of BEP goes to outfit points (none are taken from you)
10% of CEP goes to outfit points.
you get bonuses for reviving/healing/repairing. (not sure on this one)

anything else? btw with the healing/repairing i havent noticed this. in fact -- are there any rewards for reviving/healing/repairing people at all?

Good question...are there XP given to soldiers that revive, heal and repair? This issue is one that is preventing me from becoming a full adv medic.

one thing i've noticed is that it doesn't go by kills. i can kill and kill and kill yet no OP's are given.

Because of the easy exploitability of that, no xp is given. Medic in a squad and share the squad xp.
