k, i'd be ripping out my old mobo, which supports pc133 ram, so that ram is gone also, and i would put in the new mobo with some new ddr ram. Question tho, would that mobo support my old 1700mhz amd athlon processor, plan to use it till i can throw in a new one

Best board for an AMD XP is an Epox 8rda+ or anything that has a nForce chipset.
