okay, I have a brand new system I built here. Really nice and all, but I still get about an avg of 35-45 fps in planetside (all settings maxed at res 1280x1024)and soemtimes the fps can get very jumpy.
Asus a78nx mobo 1gig corsair 2700 ddr ram Ati radeon all-in-wonder9700 pro athlon xp 3000+ I mean, i know planetside is a intensive game, but do these fps humbers sound right for the hardware I have here? thank you all in advance! |

PS can be quite graphics intensive, yes... I haven't used a system with those specs but if you have AA/AF on I'm sure you'd get those sort of fps, or lower.

Well I'm not sure if they're enabled by default, but go to the advanced vid card options in display settings and make sure AA/AF are off then check PS again.
