New Bug?

I in the last a couple of days and others have been being killed by vanguards, but there is a probelm. There is no vanguard in sight. No explosion, no nothing. Here is a post by someone saying they got ran over by an invisible AMS. http://boards.station.sony.com/ubb/p...ML/010334.html

If there had, in fact, been a real AMS there should have been people shooting it, and more than just one person dying.

Anyone else ever been killed by an "invisible" vanguard?

ok........im not sure if ur jsut joking or what, but if you do plz post the url. on my terran ive never been killed by an ivnis mag, just a couple of invis vanguards.

Actually those look like the head lights of a prowler. I have seen a tank shell come out of nowhere before, I never thought about it till now.

well.... 2 things.... either the tank shel came flyin from far away... or it was a lagger on 56k... even though the are laggin.... if they see you... you could be half way across the continent... but it they kill you on ur screen... you die....

You...need to... stop...using...these"..." The tank shell I saw looked like it was coming out of a hill or something, like the whole tank was invisible.

There is definately some sort of "lost packet" issue. Or some sort of issue where I was obviously killed on someones screen, but it doesnt register on my side till much later... like 20 minutes later. Several times I've just died mysteriously. No sound, no one around. I just die. My outfit teased me all night when we were tooling around and I just died right in the middle of them. I did a /who on the person that killed me and they were on a different continent at the time.

In Sandmans case, I think this is what he is experiencing. In Navaron's case, I think he's just seeing a graphics bug.
