Anyone got any thoughts on useing a joystick for PS? just want peoples opinions im thinking about getting one less finger work. over a large space like the keyboard, or any idea on what to do about useing your hotkeys while in a firefight, like useing a med pack, so you dont have to use like your ring finger to get it while you strife to the left?

Maybe if you are going to only be a pilot then it could have it's advantages. Other than that, I don't see it adding any advantage in the game. But more power to ya if you decide to stay/go with the joystick. I am a kb and mouse person when it comes to my games. I even used that setup when I played BF1942 and flew. Of course I wasn't the best pilot, but if I had to bail really quick I was able/ready to fight moreso if I was using the joystick. Anywho, that's just my 2 coppers worth.

Yeah, I set up my logitech wingman for flying. I had to setup a profile using the program that camewith the joystick, the in-game joystick settings didn't work. As far as ground fighting though, You can't beat the precision and ease of keyboard and mouse. Maybe if you're used to playing FPS's on a console, but I just can't get into it.
