You are pointing out it is fake like there any doubt. Do you know how painful that would be. The man dosent even have a grimace on his face. I don't think the person who made that was trying to fake anyone.

its a pretty good fake. I've seen my share, but magnified to pixel level, there are some flaws that are a little too 'man-made'.

that and the entry angle of the finger thru the nostril is inconsistent with the exit thru what I assume would be a tear duct or other induced opening.
