I think they need to be repaired. The devs mention they are hgeavy armor so I'd think it would need to be repaired

I think repairing fixes armor and healing fixes health.

But the MAX can't carry anything but ammo, if you want it healed/repaired, bring a medic.

uhm, who says a MAX can't carry annything but ammo? Sure you can't use that medkit but why shouldn't a MAX be allowed to carry it for his fellow troopers.

I think a MAX should be thought of as a vechicle.

If a masquito or tank driver can be an enginer, and repair their own vechicle then someone in a MAX should be allowed to do the same. That means stoping, getting out and repairing it.

They should not be able to repair on the fly.

I thought I watched a short video that showed a MAX repairing himself while inside the suit. hmmm

Hmm I'm not so sure it should be viewed as a vehicle. It's an armor, granted it's a big ass armor but it's still an armor. If it has hands it should be able to grasp a repair gun and repair itself without having to get out and do it yourself.

These are the big armors that have incredibly large weapons and special abilities. The drawback to these suits is that most miscellaneous equipment (like ACEs, BANKs, Med Applicators, etc.) can't be used due to the extreme clunkiness of the armors.

Dunno if they can hold them in their "trunks" but they can't use them.

Both, if you want to look at it realistically. But, for the sake of the game, they'll likely only be repaired.

if you read the page about the diferant armours it says that the armour is not dextrous enough and too clunky to use ACE's(repair kits) and medthings

hey finaly changed my name! nah im pretty sure its also used for repairing.ill look around or if hamma is watching then praps he cd tel us. i kinda need to know anyway cus i wanna b an engineer-or the equivelent orf 9para (parachuting engineers! how cool is that!)
