Question on Hacking

I'm not sure if this area is the right place for this, but it's better than any.

If I have hacking (the first cert), what am I able to hack. So far, I've been able to hack Medical terminals, doors faster, have not seen any difference in CC hacking, and when my vehicle got hacked, and the vehicle next to mine (The same vehicle as mine, Basalisk,) I was able to hack it back.

I guess my question is, with the first hacking cert, what are you able to hack? Can you hack any vehicle with the first hacking cert? Or just vehicles you have certs in? Do I need Advanced Hacking to hack every vehicle in the game?

I wish normal hacking would allow for vechicle jacking. I mean normal hacking does almost nothing except med terminal. I think since you don't see a lone vanguard every day that you can hack then it should just be under hacking. Also when you hack a empire specific vehicle I don't know if you can resupply it with more ammo, espeically the VS plasma guns. I could be wrong about the ammo, but it would give hacking more of a pick up and I think hacking equipment/vechicle terms is used more often then jacking. But hey I love jacking vechilces, always priceless when the enemy comes back for his vechicle and gets his own pounder/plasma/vanguard shell sent into his body .
