Launchpad down?!?!!

I try to log on and it says the station launchpad cannot connect to network?!?!

check your network cable and make sure it's pluged in.

this is the millionth time i have said this: turn off your firewall then log vack in as normal. after you log in you can turn it bak on. you might have to do this after every patch tho

figured out the problem, it wasnt the firewall, nor was it the network cable. my computer just needed a SECOND good old fashioned restart...

Have any of you old folks ever thought that the people with firewalls are kids that don't know how to let them play Planetside. Their parents do this probobly to let them not look at the porno.

Firewalls block your IPS address from anyone so they can't hack your computer and or track you down for something like in networked games. I don't really see much use for it but if you're downloading music/games prepare to be tracked down by your IPS address unless you have a firewall.
