You think wrong....I play on US servers sumtimes too and get the same FPS rates as I do in Werner, well maybe a bit lower but not much

Yeah I play mainly on emerald and when I go to werner I get better ping there. And I live in Las Vegas.

Werner: 300-500ping

though i'm on 56k, but thats still pretty good.
