Who cares? You can't run around trying to save everyone. All you can do is focus your efforts on making the lives of yourself and those you care about better. In my mind that means me, my family, and anyone in the US who isn't a liberal.

Why would you not click it, when its not asking anything but a micro second of your time? You dont need to donate any money, nothing. It wouldn't make any sense not to. Why would you need a site that donates money to US military instillations when your tax dollars are doing that already?
