As an infl. yes sometimes. In knife fights, when ever I find a fight. Plus i like stabbing chicks in in there asses while there in maxes.

I use it a lot when my JH runs out of ammo and my target is near death and i dont have time to reload. That and when I discover a poor crouching cloaker and dont feel that my bullets are important enough for him.

I'm a ninja engineer. Most the time i carry 4 ACE's and a REK. After i deploy my ACE's i go hunting for a pistol to loot... if i cant find one, i go a knifin badguys to get me one.

I'm getting giddy knowing that soon my knife will stop glowing

I sadly never kiled anyone with my knife, even when i was an infl. for 2 months.:o

Usually I use the knife as a last resort if I'm outta ammo and there are no terms nearby. Also do it if an enemy soldier in reinforced or agile attacks me with their knife. I find it a good opportunity to have a knife fight even though I could just waste them with my gun. Sometimes, doesnt' matter if I win or lose, I'll get sent a tell complimenting the duel with whoever I'm fighting.

There is just something more satisfying about a knife kill (especally if you don't have melee implant).

You know the saying "Bringing a knife to a gunfight"...

I only use the knife for TKing. When I run out of ammo, I always have a repeater in slot 3 to finish the job.

I've only been able to kill one person with my knife (I'm not an infiltrator). It was some sniper in agile, I came over the hill around him, took out my knife, turned on secondary, and stabbed him three times in the back. However, if I ever am intending to walk underwater, I use my knife, obviously. Haven't found a chance to kill anyone with it though.

some knife users are just idiots. today while playing LokiRGA, i got my ass beat down to 6 hp, no ap, and 0 stamina. so, some idiot that had been shooting me, drew his knife and followed me over the hill i slipped down. so im stillting there healing myself, and i see this dumbass come over the hill with that knife a glowin, laughed, and pulled my gauss out and toasted his ass. got 3 more vanu after that, bet he felt like a moron.

I use my knife when I play my inf chara on Emerald. I had a knife fight (unintentionally) with a Vanu on konreid the other night thou. I started loosing and pulled out my JH. I didn't loose after that.

I do... the MCG works through ammo fast and I often times get caught in a situation where all I can use is my knife (considering I cant throw my med applicator at them or REK them to death). I've beaten somebody that was carrying a jackhammer with it, and its my infiltrator-negator. I see an infiltrator run by and I make it my hobby of chasing them down.

yeah once when I thought I wouldn't need any weapons while in my mosquito. It crashed so i bailed out and thought i was screwed with out any weapons and remembered oh yeah I have a knife, and tried to poke a TR with a MCG.
