Some newer outfits get pasted

I really don't like making first posts about negative things...

My crew finally got enough warm bodies to finally create an outfit on Konreid. We get it all set up, expand it to include all our alternate characters, set up all the ranks, promote people to where we want them, etc. Then they release the balance patch.

And poof. It's gone. Formed 10/11/03, gone 5 days later.

The tech support admin want before an after screen shots... I generally reserve screen shots for interesting things, depending on the game I am playing to store information as seemingly basic as outfit membership and certifications automatically. No such luck, it seems. Before and after pictures, please. Oh, and if you can't get before pictures... form a new outfit and get the before picture that way.

Sadly, my outfit leader popped when Joel posted his response and the whole thread got nuked.

Basically, I'm trying to see who else had their outfits affected. My feeling is that so called temporary outfits were affected, ones created recently or ones that have yet to break the registered outfit point barrier.

And before someone gets wise, yes, we will be attempting to reform, it's just a colossal pain when you are a new outfit and getting all the members on at once to have the minimum around is difficult at best. We did it once, we could do it again, I'm sure, but honestly this whole issue should not have happened, nor the suprisingly lackluster response from the tech forum team.

I know a TON of people who's outfits "dissapeard".

Its a BIG problem and they should fix it before CC.

Sorry to hear that man. Not much you can do but reform, don't sweat it too much but it does suck.

Yeah, we will reform. Hell, if nothing else, and it did wipe all the temp outfits out, there might even be a fair number of people looking now.

We'll see. Hopefully, they'll fix the issue so it won't happen again.

And i assure you, we will all be taking screen shots of the outfit screen.

As aggrivating as losing the new outfit, losing an old one must seriously suck.

In a bit of a bright spot: we found so many 'lost souls' on Konreid last night we reformed in under an hour. AND we are actually in the database, which makes it a bit better.

We have our screen shots for the next time things go awry, however.

Worst thing that happens in the game is these outfit bugs. Everything else is just an annoyance, these seriously kill peoples desire to play.

YAY, a recruitment oportunity! On konreid a few friends of mine and I have a 'band of brothers' sort of thing going on. There arn't enough of us to make an outfit, but we hang out anyway. thank ya, but ive narrowed it down to strike gaming extreme and CDL now, i just cant decide which one though, because i know both are very good.
