Go HERE, and follow the on screen instructions.

After you set up your sig, you link to the address it provides. You can find your signature page under the signatures tab in the user cp on this site.

They created them, unless you mean the one with stats I forgot what the address to that is but to find out just look at the bottom right of the sig.

You make them in programs like photoshop or paint shop pro 7 (what i use), then you get them hosted on a web site or something.

If you look close to my signature picture, theres little scan-lines like an old tv going down, it a small affect, im usually kind of obsessed with detail on some things.

like look at my sig, eine made it because he had photoshop or something, though i couldve made it, exept i couldnt have used that cool Text at the top right, and the picture i found on the interweb

I have photoshop, first i look for a nice pic on google, then edit it in photoshop, im not that skilled with photoshop, usually i just take a picture and put text in, and maybe add some cool effects that photoshop has, my sig took me 2 minutes to make.
