not really, but if oyur looknig for a really good OEM card go with sapphire. I mean a radeon is a radeon is a radeon. Just different companies might Put different features on the card or bundle it with different things. The reason I like sapphire is that they put thier own custom heatsink/fan on it, so i cools better.

You usually get the best warranty and support on ATI brand cards. They also cost a little more. Some 3rd parties do a little extra, charge a little extra. Some use a little cheaper manterials, charge a little less. VisionTek is pretty good now that they are in the Ati scene.

Powercolor is making the XT with faster ram than ATI specifies, so you get a wee bit more with that card.
Asus makes the 9600 XT, they make great stuff. high quality, good suport, good prices and good cooling.
