I think it is supposed to have extra minerals and electrolytes and what not. Kinda like gator-aide light or something. Probably just a marketing ploy, like that comercial I saw that tried to market milk as a sports drink. Actually heavy water is just one of hydrogens isotopes (Deuterium) with oxygen. Deuterium has an extra neutron in the nucleus which esentially doubles its mass meaning that the compound weights approximately 20 grams per mol instead of 18 grams per mole like normal water, hence heavy water. D2O instead of H2O (is there any way to do subscripts on this board?).

---BTW I just remember what propel was i used to drink it back in the US it is flavored water basically GATORADE with a higher water concentration in it.
Very good water but it cost like 2-3$ a bottle, nice bottle though
