Best server werner or?

What would be the best server for me i live in the uk and have normal adsl (512k) just about to get ps ina coulple of days and want to know what server would be best (lag wise).

i was gonna join werner but cus of all the lag thats there i dunno what to go.

i pinged werner and emerald and this is what i got what would be best.
