Favorite Chemical Compound?

We all have our favorite chemicals. From Capascin, to Caffiene, the molecular structures that provide various purposes. List your favorites here.

Personally, Im a big fan of HPO(aq) for its applications in the soft-drink world, and HCl, both in aqueous solution, and as HydroChloride, since both have incredibly broad applications. Yes, I <3 Acids.
