Gamespot Grudge Match - Qualifying Rounds
Ok every couple years one of these things are made, a "best video game ever" polls. But it's fun to see a very well-organized one hosted by a good site like Gamespy. I'm disappointed that there isn't a section for newer games and newer genres like War, or even FPS' in general aren't included. I'd love to see how Halo, RTCW, BF:1942, MOH games do in the tourny. While these popular games and genres aren't in, others, such as System Shock Series and Sid Meier series made it. This is only qualifying round BTW. It's going to be interesting to see who makes it to the top.

Gamespy isn't that bad, hell, 9 dollars a month isn't that bad for all the stuff they give you. I'll bet it costs them alot of bandwidth too, don't forget that.
