Yes, we already know this. This is why Strikers can lock onto Max's. This is also why knives don't do shit to them. I said what I said because AV max's are designed to do damage against vehicles, but since vehicles have been buffed so much, Max's are nothing more than slow moving XP nuggets. Now since Max's have vehicle armor, and also have signifigantly less armor than a vehicle, an anti-vehicle max is actually effective against another max.
Most of the people that read my post understood that.
