Arrow bye bye prairie dogs

go to this site http://www.dogbegone.com/video.htm

the dudes in this movie have pretty good aim, unlike those dudes in the lion hunting one in I HATE PANTS thread.

Nobody seems to get it when disrespect for animals turns into disrespect for humans.

You think Nazis felt any guilt over killing *******? It took the utter defeat of the Nazi scum and the lives of millions to establish any respect at all for those groups of humans.

Only the lowest scum mistreats animals. To mistreat animals is to announce that you would mistreat humans if you had the power.

Die, scum.

Whoa! Is he using a .50?!

EDIT: Website says Savage .223. Seems more like a HK91 .308 given the amount of carnage. I don't think the .223 would do that to even a prarie dog, though I could be mistaken.

By the rote mastery of this art, your firing efficiency will rise by no less than 120%. The difference of a 63% increase to lethal proficiency makes the master of the gun katas an adversary not to be taken lightly.

on the other hand, as described by blizzard, prarie dogs can be a threat to human wellbeing and may need to be eliminated, so why not make fun of it at the same time?

prairie dogs are a real problem in some areas. they undermine great vast areas of land, breed like crazy and often eat themselves into starvation during the winter months.

culling the numbers is more humane than letting 100x that many starve to death.
while that vid makes it look as though they're just popping critters for fun, there are real humanitarian reasons for doing so.

but no...it aint pretty. I've done it...and its one of the reasons I no longer hunt anything at all.

and no....those are not .50s. mostly .223's and 22/250 high velocity rounds. a 50 is the size of one of their lil prairie dog faces...that....would be to say the least overkill.

You sure? I saw a Barrett at the gun show yesterday. I thought it would be this huge-ass rifle. It disappointed me. All the guns are smaller in real life.

At least I learned that the Desert Eagle isn't massive.

In any case, I guess the sheer speed of the 5.56 does that damage.

If they have a reason to do it, fine, but I still won't watch helpless animals be shot for my amusement. That's just not right. Unlike some people think, I DO have standards.

My friend shot a Deagle once, he had black bruises on his hand after like, 5 minutes. It's not a pistol, it's a hand cannon.
