This game will not work.
Why? 1. It's an FPS on a console - Control Suckage++ 2. Console players want shiny graphics - PS2 rendering all that = suckage. 3. It's EA making it, so no doubt they will rush the game, and try and patch it on release day, but seeing as it's on the PS2, you could only patch it with the HDD and intarweb, so to play you'd have to have the HDD and the intarweb. The gun katas. Through analysis of thousands of recorded gunfights, the Cleric has determined that the geometric distribution of antagonists in any gun battle is a statistically predictable element. The gun kata treats the gun as a total weapon, each fluid position representing a maximum kill zone, inflicting maximum damage on the maximum number of opponents while keeping the defender clear of the statistically traditional trajectories of return fire. By the rote mastery of this art, your firing efficiency will rise by no less than 120%. The difference of a 63% increase to lethal proficiency makes the master of the gun katas an adversary not to be taken lightly. |

^ agreed
It would be cool to have a modern combat game, but the problem is no modern engagments are realy conventional, they could make up a fictional WW3 of somekind, like the USSR didn't dissolve, with major land battles so tanks and things can be used as they were originaly meant to be(excpet for the newest stuff out) on the plains of europe fighitng a Russian invasion.
