I just found out they've been taking 67 dollars from me every 3 months, no idea why, I'm not subbed to anything, I find out that after a trial, they like to CONTINUE YOUR SUB, EVEN IF YOU DON'T BUY THE GAME, therefore, I cannot cancel my account, since I don't have the game, yet they won't stop billing me. Fuckers.

TSO, yes, after searching for a customer service e-mail, I contacted them, waiting for a reply.

Yeah I did the trial, then bought the game for for 19.99. Had a 20 dollar rebate, so i sent that in and got a cent back. Then I cancelled with one day left in the free month.

In the meantime, some guy gave me a few hundred K for no reason, and gave me his Island house as he was quitting. It was cool.

Of course EA sucks. This is EA we're talking about. They've fucked over on every game that's not directly related to sports or controlling families in the past few years.
