will europeans get into beta?,IF NOT WHY NOT!!?

Ok i just wanted tom know because i live in the uk and i gotta say if it's no to europeans into the exsternal beta i'de like to know why the hell not?!!.I mean i'de be REALLY HAPPy for all my american friends to get in but i cannot see WHY europeans would'nt be able to get in?.I mean i've been in the beta of AO,Neocron...blah blah i'm IN the beta of shadowbane at the mo and all it takes is to get the eurpean fans to DOWNLOAD the beta and get the american fans to get the cd's.I mean i downloaded Anarchy-online with a 56k when i used that connection,hell it took me 25 HOURS!!!!
I'de like to know this BADLY as i'de be VERY upset as i don't see ANY reason for us non us fans not to gt in i mean..if COUGH! shadowbane COUGH! can get us to download it why the helln not do that for PS?!

btw i'm not angry just abit frustrated with this at the moment ehhe

In the Dev chat Dave mentioned that us euro union folks would probably not be included in the Beta, at least not at first. Tough luck eh?

THIS IS VERY VERY BAD!!,when i signed up for beta why the fu**ing hell did'nt they say this before i signed for it?.Got all my hopes up for nothing..i mean every other game can let us in but planetside.....hmm

Yeah i got that bit but i swear to god if you guys are listening PLEASE PLEASE let some of us europeans in via a beta download instead of cd's.I mean alot of us have been dieing to get in and if we can't untill open beta then that's dumb...i mean if we can get in with open-beta then why not sooner????!!!

I think the real reason is the distance involved, Ie.E Servers gonna be in Cali, and thats a lot of lag to deal with...

Sometimes I think peopl eget the wrong idea about betas. Its not a right, its a privlidge. So when the devs so 'no euros in beta' just accept it and move on. Dont beg and whine about it. If your so excited about the game, then wait for the final release when you get to play the perfected version with no bugs and glitches. To be honest, most peopl elike yourself tend to get beta's then skip out once it goes retail. Maybe your not that person, but it stand: If you want to play Planetside so bad, wait for retail.

why do people think its so sweet to be in beta ,ive done a few as well and personaly id rather wait untill the game came out ,it ruins the fun of the game having to deal with little problems and of corse "having to play" I love video games but I dont like having to play them ,and not only that but by the time the game comes out your already getting tired of it .

Don't Count on it, i'm sure they have enough people to test it in the States alone, and its kinda going out of there way to put some testers in europe, they may not even release it in europe at the same time so what would be the point of that?

Maybe it is a mailing issue. PS beta is not going to be downloadable (except for a few people).

Sending CDs overseas just costs more. Maybe Sony just doesn't want to have to worry about a sliding shipping and handling fee. Maybe they just want to have a flat fee for all their beta testers for simplicity sake.
