You may just have to leave the system on, or get a buddei that has it to copy all of his updated directory to a few disks and them you can just replace all of your files(i did that when i had 56 right when i got the beta disks and the patcher would have taken 4 days or so)

All these problems would be so much simpler if SOE offered downloadable patches (CC and updates) as files on a server that supports resuming.

It does not matter if you have CC or not, you must still download all of the patches that comes with it (if I'm not mistaken) for compatability reasons. Just remember, if the guys next to you has cc, you'll still need to be able to see everything that he does with a maelstrom and such, even if you can't use it.

I would suggest doing what Rbstr said and getting all the files from a friend, burn them to a disk, and transfer them to your comp. If you don't have a friend with CC, you'll probably have to download them overnight or something.
