Request For Images

[Firefly]

I'm in sore need of "rambo poses" from Planetside screenshots. They have to meet specific criteria, though.

One-- No names. Either turn names off (alt-n) or turn the HUD off (alt-u)

Two-- Must be of a sniper in action, using the Bolt Driver. Any empire, any rank... try to get good angles.

Three-- You must email them to me, including your name/empire/outfit (for credit). I will send my email via PM if you don't know where to find it. Don't worry about hosting, it will be chop-shopped.

Four-- Must be high-quality images, as either JPG or GIF (don't send me a seven-million meg Bitmap or I will be super-pissed).

If you don't know anything about screenshots then you probably don't know how to take them or where they are stored, which also means you don't know about opening them and saving them to cut down file-size. Someone else can explain.

its cool and all, but why of a sniper using the bolt driver? ill try to take some tonite when i play though if i can remember.

Yeah I can get them- but since I am not a member of the Fourth Empire, it's kinda hard for me to go waltzing around in my rubber suit to take some pix of purple and yellow snipers. I'd also like to get images from other people who probably have better "photography" skills. Oh, and yeah- my computer doesn't do so hot with hi-rez fancy-pants graphics. I struggle enough as it is to stay unlaggy.

So while I am perfectly capable of getting images on my own, I prefer to ask around the community and see if someone out there has better images. And finally... there's probably a reason that I ask for personal information- it might be a means of publicity for said image-giver.

As far as "why the bolt driver"... is there some empire-specific sniper rifle I am missing?

What the hell? Where do you see anything about hate? Do you have some personal issue with me? I mean, you keep harping on posts that I make even though I specified I had nothing against you. Is there a reason you keep singling me out? Do you have some guilt about it, because I sure as hell never said anything about it.

All I did was ask for people to send me screenshots of snipers in action. I said [paraphrased] "I don't have other-empire characters so I can't very well log into one and go take screenshots of them". Someone please tell me where there's anything about hate, because I'd really like to know. Stop hijacking the friggin thread, all I did was ask for some friggin screenshots. If that's a source of contention for you, I don't give a shit. Stop accusing me of hate, and grow up.

Hmm, well, he is my Outfit Commander... What Firefly means is that it would be totally great if you could 'find it in your heart' to send him pics of a sniper-in-action .
