I know nasa has telescopic cameras here on earth it uses to film and shoot the shuttle, and photographic satallites. I don't know if the satellites could be used to take that pic though. I doubt they could focus out enough.........

The problem with the US space program is we over sophisticate everything. Things become so complex that simple tasks become extremely expensive and timely.
The Russains had a good space program. They were the first in space and I don't care what anyone thinks.... no one EVER landed on the moon. If we had landed on the moon we would have a moon base there.
