The "Goals" poster is pretty hilarious, Squeeks.
This area is what I interact with the most. When not in use, I stow away my keyboard in that little keyboard slot to the right (when it's not full with other stuff, that is). I'm rockin' with a Dr. Pepper nearby and a good view of the TV. In the picture is a 21 inch CRT, an MX700 Mouse/Keyboard Duo, Altec Lansing 5.1 Surround Sound, and a package of tasty raspberries to the side Moving right, you can see the speaker controls, mouse cradle, phone, and crummy printer. The catastrophe in the background is my dad's second desk, where he does wiring and other electrical engineering stuff (yes, that's toilet paper on the shelf, I don't know why). The catastrophe in the trashcan is all the crap my friends left behind the other day. Normally, the trash would be on the floor, but it go to the point where I couldn't walk without stepping on a sticky can. Oh, and as a second note, that's a top-notch Zeiss microscope on dad's desk that he got on eBay cheap. Very important for pulling out splinters with tweezers. Same area, but showing where I keep my desktop (or rather, deskunder). And yes, I know, it's a Dell! Okay! Shut up! It was a gift, so I'm not complaining. Besides, I'm building a new comp later this summer. This is the area behind my desk. In the foreground is the heap of games I have yet to finish and movies I have yet to watch. In the background are boxes of recently acquired games. Altec-Lansing headset is there as well. The mini-fridge and microwave inside the minibar is great for snacking. Also, the rear-right speaker of the 5.1 is present. Scooting further right shows the entrance to the mini-bar and also my CD rack. Door leads to the Realm-of-Burning-Dust (attic). Finally, completing the circle, is a bookcase that looks very fat due to my digi-cam distorting the image. Rear-left speaker is on the third shelf, more CDs on top, and a whole host of books that I didn't have room for downstairs.
